CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS: For the Customer Service of a new company operating in the luxury market, we currently have a part time opportunity for a self-motivated Customer Service Consultant who is a team player and will be passionate about delivering excellent support to our top-end clients.
The successful applicant is an English native speakers and will be responsible to provide clients assistance in luxury car rental services, by phone, mailing and web based live chatting. Candidates would have an experience in managing claims, capacity to solve problems and excellent communication skills (a previous experience is appreciated but not mandatory).
The role will involve a minimum of 24 hours per week (overtime may be available) initially with a three months fixed term contract (extension possible).
The shift pattern will be 3 days a week, 8 hours a day with working days varying from Monday to Sunday according to the rotation schedule (anyway full flexibility on weekend is required).
Work office is in Rome.
