THE ROLE
To support company growth, PRIMERENT is currently seeking a Rental Sales Consultant for its Rome office.

The Rental Sales Consultant will assist both new and existing clients throughout the vehicle booking process. The role involves managing leads generated from various commercial channels, with particular focus on inquiries coming from the company website. The goal is to ensure an optimal rental experience while maximizing sales and service opportunities for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in choosing the most suitable products and services for their needs
• Provide detailed explanations of services, obligations, and all contractual elements
• Prepare and present rental agreements
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support
• Manage processes through the company CRM system
  

Essential Skills:

• Excellent command of English (minimum level C1)
• Experience in the automotive sector, preferably in car rental
• Strong sales skills and communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills
  

Nice to Have:

• Background in the automotive or luxury sector
• Knowledge of a second foreign language
  

Employment Contract:

• Fixed-term contract
• Full-time
  

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (with flexible start/end times)
