FAQ – Short-Term BMW 7 Series Rental with Primerent

1. What are the requirements to rent a BMW 7 Series short-term?  

To rent a BMW 7 Series with Primerent, you must be at least 25 years old, have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, and provide a primary credit card in the driver’s name for the security deposit. Business clients may request to use a corporate card or provide a bank guarantee. If your license is not written in the Latin alphabet, an international driving permit must be shown alongside the original license.

2. Does the BMW 7 Series rental include unlimited mileage and insurance?  

The standard rental package for the BMW 7 Series includes 150 kilometers per day, third-party liability insurance (RCA), Kasko coverage with a reduced deductible, and 24/7 roadside assistance. You may add extra mileage or request a further deductible reduction (note: deductible cannot be eliminated).

3. Can I receive or return the BMW 7 Series at an airport or hotel?  

Yes. The BMW 7 Series can be delivered or picked up at any airport, hotel, train station, or private address across Italy and major European cities. A dedicated driver will meet you at the agreed location. There are no additional charges in Primerent’s main service zones.

4. Can I request accessories such as a child seat, winter tires or roof box for the BMW 7 Series?  

Absolutely. ISOFIX-approved child seats, certified winter tires, or snow chains are available upon request. All accessories are installed prior to delivery and remain fully compatible with your insurance coverage.

5. Is a security deposit required for the BMW 7 Series rental and how is payment handled?  

Three days before the scheduled delivery, a pre-authorization will be made on your credit card for an amount based on the vehicle’s value. The deposit will be released after the final vehicle inspection. Rental fees can be paid via credit card, wire transfer, or company invoicing (20% at booking and 80% at least 15 days before delivery).
